Dr.Weil (Vile), the mad scientist kicked out of Neo Arcadia for his attempts to take over the world. When will these mad characters realize they will never forever win using violence and evil? This guy is just lain psycho.
Anyways, Capcom's design for him is quite uniquie and I enjoy drawing him. Plus, it gives practice on drawing chracters outside of cutey faced kids. The entire Dr.Wile group is so diverse, drawing them gives a wide variety of aged/young character practice. Dr.Vile(Weil) is property of Capcom of Japan Comments
 Mmm... I like this. The swirls around him with the swirls in... is that a tank on his head? I really need to get farther in the game than just the second boss. ._.

 Awesome work. His design was always interesting to watch. It makes me wonder why his head is enclosed inside that cone.
 Pretty awesome Weil picture, Ruby! People always ask where Weil gets the long hair in MMZ4... when his hair has been in that way all the time! xDDD
