Hellbat and Inarabitta Neo Arcadian Outfits
I wanted both outfits to have the look of a tuxedo and child's play outfit without loosing the Neo Arcadian look. After severl sketches, these are the ones I came up with for these two.

Hellbat's dress is for formal parties and balls. Modeled after a modern day tuxedo with tails while keeping the same design of their capes on the back..

Inarabitta's clothing was modeled slightly after a Scottish outfit. It gives room for childish playing while looking regal.

Hachishinkan and Neo Arcadia are properties of Capcom of Japan. Clothing designed by Ruby
